Level 2 takes 40 XP, and each level after takes 20% more than the one before, up to level 40. From there each takes 6% more.

Each region has its own band of levels: what’s gathered at a camp, and what’s made from it, sits in that camp’s band. Briarhold’s jobs run from 1 to 20, Saltmire’s from 20 to 40, and Ashenveil’s from 40 up.
